Terms of Service

Before enquiring about commissioning me, please make sure that
you've read my Terms of Service

Commission & process

▿ You’ll be required to provide;
<sub>- Commission type
- Character sheet/reference
- (detailed) order description
- Additional wishes/ideas</sub>▿ I don't draw:
<sub>- Humans
- NSFW
- Excessive gore
- Detailed architecture</sub>▿I reserve the right to refuse commissions.▿ I don’t work with deadlines, though this can be negotiated for an extra fee. Based on your wishes and preferred commission type I will be able to give you a rough estimate on how long I think it will take me. However, please note that no rights can be derived from this estimate.▿ At various times throughout the process I’ll send you WIPs for any fixes or approval. Please confirm these sketches only when you’re confident, because once confirmed I’ll continue working on your commission.▿ I don’t make fixes on finished commissions. If you still want me to edit the commission after finishing it I will charge an extra fee.▿ Finished commissions will be send as full-sized .png’s.▿ You are always welcome to ask me for an update on the progress of your commission. Please allow me 1-2 days to reply before sending another enquiry.

Payment

▿ All payments must be made in USD/EUR.▿ All payments must be made via PayPal or Boosty.▿ Payments should be made in full within a week.▿ I will only start working on your commission after payment.▿ All payments are non-refundable with the exception if for any reason I can’t finish the commission, in which case you’ll be refunded.▿ Payment plans can be discussed individually if needed, once the price of a commission goes over $/€ 400. In case of a payment plan any payment made throughout the process is non-refundable, even if you at any point decide to cancel the commission.

Other

▿ You may not profit from the commissioned artwork.▿ You may upload the artwork wherever you like as long as my signature has not been removed (except when cropping is required for use for an icon etc.).▿ Even though the finished commission is yours, I do retain the authorship and can use it as promotional material for my work on my social media/portfolio, and so on.▿ Please always make sure to always credit me as the artist.
